Camp Details

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities Note: Jeans, zippers, jewelry, earrings, long nails, or anything “snaggy” are NOT PERMITED on the Aerial Silks.
Filling lunch & snacks (enough to have snacks every 2 hours)
Water bottle (kids will have access to a filtered water fountain)
Change of clothes (for accidents, spilling food, etc.)
Sunscreen labeled with your child's name (We have extra sunscreen available if you prefer to use ours)
Sun hat
Towel & swimsuit on Friday for water games
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for adventure!
Please complete the Medication Form for any necessary medications and inform our staff of any medical needs. Additionally, fill out the Allergy Form and provide our staff with any allergy information.
Please sign the waiver if you haven't already done so. You won't be able to participate until the waiver is signed.

Camp Rules and Guidelines:

Safety First: Always prioritize safety. Listen to coaches and staff, and follow safety instructions at all times.
Respect Others: Treat fellow campers, coaches, and staff with kindness and respect. Bullying or teasing will not be tolerated.
Listen to Instructions: Pay attention to coaches during training sessions and follow their instructions carefully.
Warm Up and Cool-Down: Participate in warm-up and cool-down activities to prevent injuries and promote recovery.
Start Small, Progress Gradually: Begin with basic movements and progress at your own pace under the guidance of instructors.
Know Your Limits: Listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too hard. Inform coaches if you feel any pain or discomfort.
Use Equipment Properly: Use parkour equipment safely and responsibly. Report any damaged equipment to staff.
Stay Hydrated and Fueled: Drink water regularly and eat nutritious snacks to stay energized and hydrated throughout the day.
Stay Focused: Pay attention during training sessions and avoid distractions to ensure your safety and progress.
Have Fun: Enjoy the experience and embrace the freedom of movement that parkour offers. Be creative and have fun exploring your abilities.
Follow the Schedule: Arrive on time for all activities and follow the camp schedule to make the most of your experience.
Ask Questions: Don't hesitate to ask coaches if you're unsure about anything. They're here to help you learn and improve.
Respect the Gym: Take care of the gym facilities and keep them clean. Respect the property of others.
Follow Camp Policies: Adhere to all camp policies regarding behavior, attendance, and communication.
Parent/Guardian Communication: Keep your parents or guardians informed about your camp activities and any concerns you may have.
