What to Bring:

What We Provide:

Typical Camp Day:
  • 8:30-9:30 Open Gym
  • 9:30-10:15 Divide into smaller groups/Nero warm up/Discuss today’s plan/Ice breaker games
  • 10:15-10: 30 Snack
  • 10:30-11:15 Station Activity
  • 11:15-11:45 Station Activity
  • 11:45-12 Open Gym
  • 12-12:30 Lunch
  • 12:30-1:00 Open Gym
  • 1:00-1:45 Station Activity
  • 1:45-2:15 Relaxing games/Cool down/Closing
  • 2:15-2:30 Open Gym
Camp Rules and Guidelines:
  1. Safety First: Always prioritize safety. Listen to coaches and staff, and follow safety instructions at all times.
  2. Respect Others: Treat fellow campers, coaches, and staff with kindness and respect. Bullying or teasing will not be tolerated.
  3. Listen to Instructions: Pay attention to coaches during training sessions and follow their instructions carefully.
  4. Warm Up and Cool Down: Participate in warm-up and cool-down activities to prevent injuries and promote recovery.
  5. Start Small, Progress Gradually: Begin with basic movements and progress at your own pace under the guidance of instructors.
  6. Know Your Limits: Listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too hard. Inform coaches if you feel any pain or discomfort.
  7. Use Equipment Properly: Use parkour equipment safely and responsibly. Report any damaged equipment to staff.
  8. Stay Hydrated and Fueled: Drink water regularly and eat nutritious snacks to stay energized and hydrated throughout the day.
  9. Stay Focused: Pay attention during training sessions and avoid distractions to ensure your safety and progress.
  10. Have Fun: Enjoy the experience and embrace the freedom of movement that parkour offers. Be creative and have fun exploring your abilities.
  11. Follow the Schedule: Arrive on time for all activities and follow the camp schedule to make the most of your experience.
  12. Ask Questions: Don't hesitate to ask coaches if you're unsure about anything. They're here to help you learn and improve.
  13. Respect the Gym: Take care of the gym facilities and keep them clean. Respect the property of others.
  14. Follow Camp Policies: Adhere to all camp policies regarding behavior, attendance, and communication.
  15. Parent/Guardian Communication: Keep your parents or guardians informed about your camp activities and any concerns you may have.
