This unique parkour, ninja warrior style training camp teaches foundational parkour skills rooted in WFPF Academy training. WFPF (World Freerunning Parkour Federation). On a rotational basis, skills will be taught (or expounded on for experienced students) on parkour equipment stations, floor, vaults, bars, walls, and trampoline. Ninja skills are taught on a huge, real life ninja warrior obstacle course and equipment, indoors and outdoors! Students will discover personal strengths and weaknesses (learning from failure).
These camps are as much about mental skill and discipline as they are physical. Your child will have fun, while learning valuable skills to use in every aspect of their life!
Skill based games and activities will help students test and implement their skills, engaging them mentally and physically. Our coaches embrace and exemplify our Kour Creed, which is a positive philosophy, to treat others and ourselves well, supportive and aim for progressions, not perfection. Your child will build skills, friendships, and memories to last a life time!

STUDENTS NEED TO BRING & KNOW:
- Arrive with a positive attitude, ready to have fun!
- Bring a healthy, filling lunch. We have a fridge for cold foods - Please bring a full water bottle!
- Attend in comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring layers/coat.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
